Payment & cancellation

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access until the paid period ends, then move to Free automatically. All data is kept — nothing is deleted. Fees already paid are not refunded (except where we end the Service ourselves).

Will I ever be charged unexpectedly?

No. You get an email before every renewal; after cancelling, no further charges. There are no fees outside your plan. (Plans are priced in US dollars. If your card settles in Hong Kong dollars, your card issuer may add a foreign-currency fee; that fee is charged by your issuer, not by Billio.)

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, anytime. Switching to yearly takes effect immediately and is prorated; switching to monthly starts when the current yearly period ends.

Do Pro's multiple workspaces share one subscription?

Each workspace is billed separately. On a paid plan you can create additional workspaces; each new one starts on Free and can be upgraded on its own. While you still own a Free workspace, you'll need to upgrade it before you can create another.
