Payment & cancellation

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access until the paid period ends, then move to Free automatically. All data is kept — nothing is deleted.

Will I ever be charged unexpectedly?

No. You get an email before every renewal; after cancelling, no further charges. There are no fees outside your plan.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, anytime. Switching to yearly takes effect immediately and is prorated; switching to monthly starts when the current yearly period ends.

Do Pro's multiple workspaces share one subscription?

Each workspace is billed separately. You can create workspaces alongside your Pro one — new workspaces start on Free and can be upgraded individually as needed.
