Privacy policy

Billio stores only what you enter: renewal records, workspace settings and account details (email, name). We never connect to banks or cards, and never read transaction data.

Your data is used to provide the product (reminders, reports, member collaboration) and billing (via Stripe). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Workspaces on a paid plan cannot be deleted; once back on the Free plan, a workspace can be deleted. Deletion removes the data from our production database.

We analyse item types in anonymised, aggregated form to improve templates and reminder suggestions — never including your amounts, dates or notes.
